I've been coming here literally since I first arrived in Portland. I receive wonderful service every single visit. I feel well taken care of and fully engaged by the doctor, never rushing the session to get to another client. I have no complaints!

best chiropractic! "magic hands" I have a ways to go due to my severe neck issues but I have gotten off my Gabapentin and Everytime I go to get adjusted he does something different and I feel better. Dr Helton is in tune with the body and I am very comfortable and impressed with his work. I recommend his chiropractic expertise to my friends because I care. he cares and gives his best to his patients.

Dr. John is quite unique in his approach to strong, healthy living and is more effective! Highly recommend adopting his alternative to eastern medicine which is based on a strong foundation and a preventative approach. I have found that out-of-pocket costs are far LESS than the percentage insurance requires. Treating the cause...not the symptom is my answer to a better, more energetic, long term healthy lifestyle.
